By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Product Refunds
All purchases on discover.games are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Game keys, gift cards, and crypto rewards that have been delivered
- Mistaken purchases or incorrect account information provided by the user
- Redeemed, expired, or lost rewards
- Reward redemptions made using Gold Points
Please verify all details carefully before completing your purchase, as transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
2. Reward Delivery
Rewards may be delivered in the following ways:
- Automatically, via email or in-platform message
- Manually, typically within 1–3 business days
If a reward cannot be redeemed despite all details being correct, our team may contact the supplier to verify the key or item. This process may take additional time depending on the supplier’s response time. Users are responsible for checking their spam folders and ensuring the provided email is valid.
3. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Rewards
If a selected or won reward is unavailable or out of stock, we may:
- Replace it with an item of equal or greater value
- Cancel the reward and refund the corresponding Gold Points or original payment
We will notify you of the resolution via your registered email or account notifications.
4. Gold Points
Gold Points are earned through quests and platform activity. They:
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- Cannot be transferred or sold
- Are forfeited upon account termination or suspension
We reserve the right to revoke or adjust Gold Points for suspected abuse, system errors, or changes to our platform.
5. Region Restrictions and User Responsibility
Some rewards (such as game keys or gift cards) may be region-locked. Users are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct country or region before purchase or claim, and verifying that the reward is compatible with their game account or store region
If a user selects the wrong region and is unable to redeem the reward, it will be considered a user error and no refund or replacement will be provided. Although our team may review such cases, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
